Norse Sports Media is a project in Wes Akers' EMB 335 Sports Media Production class. Norse Sports Media promotes published student work promoting NKU athletics. EMB 335 students also produce "The NKU Sports Talk Radio Show", "The NKU Sports Break" and they fill crew positions for the Bally's Sports Ohio and ESPN+ telecasts of NKU sports. In addition, members of the class contribute social media videos for NKU Athletics and its' teams.

The concept and motivation for the website were first created by Akers and students Paul Kremer and Travis Martin to better promote and credit student work.
